    By accessing or using AppContext ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

    2. Description of Service

    AppContext is a developer tool that provides live visual context from iOS/Android simulators and applications via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service enables AI development environments to see and understand your running applications in real-time.

    3. User Accounts

    To use certain features of the Service, you must:

    • Create an account using Google or GitHub authentication
    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

    4. Subscription and Payments

    • AppContext Pro subscription required for all features
    • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe
    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
    • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
    • Prices may change with 30 days notice

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
    • Share your account credentials with others
    • Use the Service to capture sensitive or personal information
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppContext and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content or code.

    7. Privacy and Data

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store or have access to your application's source code or sensitive data. Screenshots and logs are processed in memory and not permanently stored.

    8. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppContext shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

    10. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
